Acceptance

By accessing SteadField, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself or your organization.

Services

SteadField provides athlete-owned health and performance records, injury prevention analytics, and care team coordination, subject to your plan and configuration.

Customer responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy of data you submit and for configuring role-based access appropriately.
• Customers must execute a BAA before sending PHI to Spider Analytics services.
• You agree not to misuse the platform or attempt to access data you are not authorized to view.

Healthcare customers

Healthcare customers must execute a Business Associate Agreement before any protected health information is handled. The BAA governs permitted uses, safeguards, and breach notification for PHI.

Intellectual property

SteadField retains its platform and brand. Content you submit remains yours; you grant us a limited license to process it to provide the services.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited as described in your agreement and BAA. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time and will note the effective date above.
