Overview
SteadField is an athlete-owned health and performance platform. This policy explains what we collect on the marketing site, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
We collect the contact details you submit through our forms, such as name, email, organization, and message. We do not ask for medical or patient information through public forms, and our forms are configured to discourage it.
How we use information
- To respond to your inquiry and schedule walkthroughs.
- To send the Business Associate Agreement you request.
- To improve our marketing content and site performance.
Data retention
Lead and contact records are retained for a configurable period (default 24 months) and then automatically purged. You may request earlier deletion at any time.
Healthcare customers
For healthcare customers, the following applies in addition to this policy:
- Business Associate Agreements. We execute a BAA with every healthcare customer before any PHI is handled. Subcontractors that touch PHI are covered by signed BAAs.
- Minimum necessary. We limit access and use of PHI to the minimum necessary to provide the services in your BAA.
- Breach notification. We follow the breach notification timelines defined in the BAA and applicable law, including prompt notification of affected customers.
- No training on your data. We do not use customer data to train AI models.
Your choices
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us. Non-essential cookies are off by default on this site.
