This call may be recorded and handled by an AI assistant. By continuing this call, you consent to the recording and to the AI assistant processing the conversation to assist you. Recordings are stored securely and handled in line with our privacy policy and, where applicable, our Business Associate Agreement.

Important notes

  • Two-party (all-party) consent states require every participant to consent before recording.
  • One-party consent states require at least one participant to consent.
  • Offer a way to opt out of recording, such as routing to a human or an unrecorded line.
  • Confirm with legal counsel which states your practice serves and adjust the notice accordingly.
